Our Rates
We offer straightforward, pay-as-you-go pricing, as well as discounted care packages for those who want to commit to a longer-term healing journey.
- Initial Comprehensive Assessment (60 Minutes):

Insurance Information
Navigating health insurance can be confusing, but our billing team is here to help.
If you are using insurance: We are currently in-network with [List Insurance Providers, e.g., Provider A, Provider B]. If you are covered by one of these plans, we will bill your insurance directly, and you will only be responsible for your standard copay at the time of your session.
If we are out-of-network: If we do not directly accept your insurance plan, you can still receive care with us! You will pay for your session upfront, and upon request, we will provide you with a detailed “Superbill” (an itemized medical receipt). You can submit this Superbill to your insurance provider for partial or full reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
Payment Methods
We want to make accessing your sessions as seamless as possible. We accept payments through our secure, encrypted online portal.
- Accepted methods include: All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard),
[Optional: Apple Pay / Google Pay], and[Optional, if applicable locally: Mobile Money services like MTN or Orange Money]. - Payment is securely collected at the time of booking or 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We hold your scheduled time specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least [24 or 48]hours’ notice .
- Cancellations made with appropriate notice will incur no fee.
- Appointments canceled with less than
[24/48]hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged[a cancellation fee of $X / the full session rate]. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who may be in need of urgent support.
